It was a very nicely furnished condo and had most everything we needed. Parking was fine too. Beach access was easy, and condo was on a lovely stretch of beach with plenty of rental chairs. The only downside was the traffic noise. It was so loud at night I thought the patio doors were open, but they weren't. Maybe some insulation of doors would help.

This beach is fantastic, not to crowdy and perfect for our three kids. They loved the heated pool too with the beach view. Great location. Secure environment. The condo is beautiful and full equipped but a little close to the boulevard (if you want to be near the Gulf...you have to be next to Gulf boulevard...) Great week...will certainly come back if I have the chance. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had a wonderful and much needed relaxing time. We loved everything about our stay at the Vista's #409. Looking forward to a short getaway this summer and of course next year!

Our stay at Vistas on the Gulf #409 was awesome! The condo is right on the beach and we were able to walk to many places to eat and shop. Usually when you see pictures online they are not accurate, this is not the case here. The pictures are exactly what you see. The condo is very new and well decorated and had everything that you would need. It was very quiet as well if you're into a nice relaxing vacation, but also a close walk to some night life if you're into that. I would suggest this rental to everyone!! We would love to come back and stay again. Kelly was very nice and helpful with everything that we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is very tastefully decorated & the location was perfect The only thing I would have changed is replacing the trundle bed for two single beds in the spare bedroom. Kelly was a super efficient person & was always so pleasant & helpful. I would definitely return to this condo

My family stayed in this condo in June 2010 and had a great time!! We love the location of the Vista's and plan to come back every year. I've rented many condos in the past and I have to stay that the decor and cleanliness in 409 is like no other! It was so nice to be on vacation and everything be in working order. You can tell that the owners take great care of this paradise. The balcony has a good view but there is so much to see and do in St. Pete that we spent most of our time outside! I highly recommend staying here, like I said, we will be back soon!!
